Stargate: Atlantis

6/29/2009 - added link to Practice Theory (The Agency Remix)

These stories are based on the Sci-fi channel's show Stargate Atlantis, and I own neither the show nor the characters, alas.   Most but not all are slash or have slash elements; in other words, two men (or two women) in a romantic and/or sexual relationship.  Some of these stories contain explicit sex, and are marked NC17.  Other warnings as indicated.  Stories are in reverse chronological order, grouped by pairing. "Ficlets" are shorter than 1000 words and are in my livejournal or at other archives where first posted; other stories are on this site.
