These stories are based on the Sci-fi channel's show Stargate Atlantis, and I own neither the show nor the characters, alas.   Most but not all are slash or have slash elements; in other words, two men (or two women) in a romantic and/or sexual relationship.  Some of these stories contain explicit sex, and are marked NC17.  Other warnings as indicated.  Stories are in reverse chronological order, grouped by pairing.
