12/28/2009 - added a link to a remixed drabble, Kitties As of 2006, I am (probably) not writing any more Harry Potter stories. I occasionally write drabbles and ficlets, which are linked in the appropriate section below. These stories make liberal use of characters, objects, spells, and situations originally invented by JK Rowling. Most but not all are slash or have slash elements; in other words, two men (or two women) in a romantic and/or sexual relationship. Some of these stories contain explicit sex, and are marked NC17. Other warnings as indicated. I have also written several fancomics which have been illustrated by Brevisse and are in their own section. Stories are grouped more or less by main character and pairing, with newer stories more or less toward the top of their section. Don't know where to start? Here are some of my favorites -- my stories which I think are the best. Like humor? Try Oral Sex, Briar Nose, and
Four Funerals and a Wedding. DrabblesHP100 is a livejournal community which issues weekly challenges, which are to be met by 100-word drabbles on the assigned theme. My entries include slash, het and gen, with varying pairings and ratings. They are in order, from earliest to newest (at the bottom). I also participated for a while in the hpsquick100 community, which focuses on unusual pairings and themes. Entries are listed here as well, marked with (hpsquick100).
For about a year I joined a group of friends on Friday nights to do challenge-drabbles: one person sets a pairing (het or slash) and a summary or phrase, and the rest of us have 15 minutes to write an appropriate drabble. For this we use a looser definition of drabble, 100-150 words in exact multiples of 5. You can find all my drabble-night drabbles via my livejournal memories. Many of theses stories also reside at various other archives, including: Skyehawke,Fiction Alley,The Restricted Section, Diagon Alley, and Inkstained Fingers, as well as appropriate fest archives. My author name is Isis at all archives save Fiction Alley, where it is Isiscolo. I also post most of my stories in my livejournal. You can reach me by email at isiscolo [at] gmail.com or use the nifty feedback form. home |
